Frequently asked questions

How do I install the plugin?

Windows: run the installer from your download link, then rescan plugins in your DAW. Ultimate EP appears as a VST3 instrument.

Standalone (Windows): the installer also adds the Ultimate EP app. Open it from the Start menu, choose your audio output and MIDI keyboard in its settings, and play. No DAW needed.

Mac: the AUv3 version for Logic Pro, GarageBand and other Mac hosts is coming soon. Sign up on the homepage to hear when it's out.

The first time you open it, enter the serial number from your order email.

Is there a Mac version?

The Mac AUv3 version is coming soon, along with the iPhone and iPad app. Join the list on the homepage and we'll email you when it's available.

Do I need to be online to use it?

Only once, when you activate your serial. After that, Ultimate EP works offline.

I've lost my serial number

Email us from the address you bought with and we'll resend it.

How many sounds can I layer?

Up to ten modules at once. You can mix different instruments or use the same one more than once.

Why is one preset louder than another?

Factory presets are level-matched so switching between them shouldn't jump in volume. If you notice one that does, please let us know which.

Is there an iPhone or iPad version?

Yes, it's coming soon to the App Store. Check back here for news.
